in 2017

Four like-minded and passionate entrepreneurs came together to transform the real estate industry of the Punjab & Chandigarh Capital Region, and thus Jubilee Joy Homes LLP was born on 16 October 2017.

in 2018

In June 2018, we launched our first project, Jubilee Square - a commercial destination on bustling Airport Road. This was swiftly followed by the launch of the second commercial project, Jubilee Walk in December 2018 in Sector 70, Mohali

in 2019

In April 2019, we delivered our first project Jubilee Square and in June 2019, we launched our third commercial project - Jubilee Juncttion on the Airport Road in Sector 66, Mohali.

in 2020

The challenges of the pandemic presented numerous challenges like labour shortages and rising material costs, but we dedicatedly worked towards our delivery commitments.

in 2021

In March 2021, Jubilee Group forays into the residential real estate market with Jubilee Golfvista - a group housing project in Sector 91, Mohali.

in 2022

In May 2022, we launched our first affordable residential township Jubilee City Gardens in Sectors 92 and 116, Mohali. This was followed by our second affordable township - Jubilee Parklane in Sector 120, Mohali in August, and the year ended on a high as we started the possession of our second project Jubilee Walk.

In January 2023, we launched Jubilee Clio - Punjab's first iconic office building project in Sector 75, Mohali and In October 2023, we started the possession of our third project Jubilee Juncttion.
